Angry in the Great White North

The Tate Britain museum has removed a work made up of sacred texts from Christianity, Judaism and Islam torn and mounted on glass to avoid offending religious sensibilities following the July transit bombings in London, the museum said Sunday.

The museum said it was particularly concerned that John Latham's piece “God Is Great” could upset Muslims. It pulled the work from an exhibition of Latham's art despite his objection.

Particularly concerned about upsetting Muslims? Of course, that makes sense.

Bottom line, Christians and Jews don't make it a goal to blow up women and children.

This is important. The lefties try to paint Jews like Ariel Sharon and Christians like George W Bush as the real enemies of peace, and Muslims as people merely reacting as best they can to Western Imperialism.

From the French:

The French ambassador to London tells dinner party guests that Israel is a "[expletive] little country . . . why should the world be in danger of World War III because of those people?"

From the UN:

Kofi Annan's personal representative in Iraq now singles out the policies of the world's one Jewish state — and only democratic state in the Middle East — as "the great poison in the region."

From the Democratic Party:

[Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean] told a forum of journalists and minority leaders Monday that Republicans are "not very friendly to different kinds of people, they are a pretty monolithic party ... it's pretty much a white, Christian party."

Challenged on that during the NBC interview, Dean said "unfortunately, by and large it is. And they have the agenda of the conservative Christians."

And of course the hard core left wraps it all up in a neat little package:

There is much that we already know about George W. Bush, Jr. He seems to openly advertise his connections to various global terrorist networks. He has been photographed with such terror chieftains as Tony Blair, former KGB chief Vladimir Putin and Ariel Sharon.

If we just made nice with Islam, gave them Jerusalem, stopped supporting Israel, impeached Bush, deposed Sharon, stopped apologizing for the Holocaust, and paid reparations, we could live in peace.

Would Jews and Christians be upset? Sure, but so what?

Notice -- the moonbats aren't afraid of upsetting Jews and Christians.

But should a situation arise in which the moonbats would upset Muslims, suddenly the moonbats start to sweat. Suddenly there is no demands for dialogue or peaceful coexistence. The only thing to do is pull whatever it is that is offending the Muslims.

And fast!

These leftist artists hate Jews and Christians, but they fear Muslims. Maybe because when Jews and Christians get mad at artists, they write letters to the editor. When Muslims get mad at artists, artists die.

Seems to me that moonbats and leftists are cowards. And that to me is why they are not suited to lead, and why their rants should be dismissed out of hand.
